挖掘机用于PVE服务器，挖掘机运行时保护掠夺输出堆

🛡️ 权限

excavatorlock.use — 当使用权限为真时。默认名称，但可以在配置中修改
excavatorlock.admin — 绕过管理员的挖掘机防盗保护

🎮  命令

• excavator — 查看巨型挖掘机状态
• excavatorclear — 清除挖掘机锁定状态
